The It Partnership has been involved in creating Solutions for Business and Research and Development in various aspects of New Technology.

The areas we are working in are :

On Premise and Hosted VOIP solutions including integrating VOIP with call data processing software to optimise workflow.

The It Partnership have developed Open source and Licensed VOIP Solutions for Businesses including Integrationof VOIP with call data processing software to enhance the workflow management in various industries.

QR code technology.

The IT Partnership is involved with Creating QR code solutions for a variety of businesses.  

Although initially used for tracking parts in vehicle manufacturing, QR Codes are now used in a much broader context, including both commercial tracking applications and convenience-oriented applications aimed at mobile phone users (known as mobile tagging).

QR Codes storing addresses and URLs may appear in magazines, on signs, buses, business cards, or on just about any object that users might need information about. Users with a camera phone equipped with the correct reader application can scan the image of the QR Code to display text, contact information, connect to a wireless network, or open a web page in the phone's browser. This act of linking from physical world objects is known as a hardlink or physical world hyperlinks.

  • Customers may currently be experiencing intermittent connectivity whist trying to access their control panels.
    Shared services including the exchange email platform are also effected.

    Our networks team are currently investigating this as a matter of priority.

  • There will be a planned reboot of one of our backbone routers at 01:00 CET, February 8th, 2012.

    Internet connectivity should not be affected, as we will re-route traffic during the maintenance period.

  • Customers with Standard or Advanced mailboxes will currently be encountering a delay in their sent messages being received. All e-mails are currently queued for delivery. No mail would have been lost due to this issue.

    Our engineers are currently investigating the issue and we are sorry for any inconvenience that this causes.

  • A number of BT customers may experience issues when connecting to our services. From investigations, we understand this to be an networking issue between BT and an upstream provider. We are currently working with all concerned to identify and remedy this issue. We will update this issue once more information is available.

  • Some customers may have experienced a temporary loss of connectivity to their dedicated servers at approximately 16:50 today, lasting up to 5 minutes. We believe that this issue has now been resolved, however investigation into the root cause is ongoing.
