ITP Internet Connectivity Services
1. Residential ADSL Broadband Connection Service . This service is designed for the home user with one or several computers that can all connect simultaneously to the internet either wired to an ITP supplied router or Wirelessly. The charges for this service are as follows:

 
One Off ADSL activation charge - £ 55 + VAT
One Off Charge for supplying a preconfigured
              4 port Wireless Router - £ 79 +VAT
              2 port Wireless Router - £ 59 +VAT

One Off Installation charge at site (recommended ) - £ 60 + VAT
Optional Network card supply (most PCs do , but if the PC does not have one ) -  £ 15 +VAT
Optional Wirelss Network card supply (most notebooks do if the notebook  does not have one ) -  £ 25 +VAT
Monthly Service Charge for the Service £ 20 +VAT 

The service needs a computer with a network card to work takes about 5 working days from when the order is placed by us to be activated by BT, after which we will contact the customer to arrange the installation at the premises.

2. Commercial ADSL Broadband Connection Service . This service is designed for the Business User  with one or several computers and / or Servers that can all connect simultaneously to the internet either wired to an ITP supplied router or Wirelessly. The charges for this vary according to services required and so are provided on request . They will include :

 
One Off ADSL activation charge -  £ 65 + VAT
One Off Charge for suppling a preconfigured 4 port Wireless Router  - £ 79 +VAT
One Off Installation charge at site (recommended ) - £ 99 + VAT
Monthly Service Charge for the Entry Level Version of the Service  - £ 29 + VAT

3. Commercial SDSL Broadband Connection Service . This service is designed for the Business User  with one or several computers and / or Servers that can all connect simultaneously to the internet either wired to an ITP supplied router or Wirelessly. The charges for this vary according to services required and so are provided on request . They will include :
 
One Off SDSL activation charge .
One Off Charge for suppling a preconfigured 4 port  Router .
One Off Installation charge at site (recommended ) .
Monthly Service Charge for the Service .

The IT Partnership can register and Host your Internet Domains,  websites and databases . You can transfer existing domains to our hosting platform to give it security and versatility as well as our support.
 
To transfer a .co.uk domain to our Platform, follow the following steps:
 
  1. Inform current service provider not to stop services on Domain.
  2. Inform current service provider to change domains's IPS-TAG to FASTHOSTS
  3. We agree to backup email boxes and website and database if any and recreate it on our servers.
  4. We agree a mutually acceptable domain transfer date.
  5. Inform Current service provider to stop services on Domain.
 
To transfer a .com domain to our Platform:
 
Your current domain registration provider may have their own procedure, which you must follow.
Before attempting the transfer, you must ensure, by talking with the current registrar that:
 
    * The domain's Administration Contact email address is up to date and is a valid mailbox, and that you have control over it.
    * The domain been registered for more than 60 days.
    * It is not 'on hold' with the current registrar (e.g. because of payment or renewal issues).
    * It is at least 40 days away from renewal.
    * Another transfer request has not been made in the past twelve days.
    * The domain is unlocked and will not be re-locked during the transfer period.
    * Any whois privacy has been disabled by the current registrar.
 
Step 1: Contact your current domain registration provider to

1-      ask them to unlock your domain, ready for transfer to our registrar Fasthosts,
2-      the email address of the current admin contact of the domain. Preferably have that changed to HYPERLINK "mailto: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it " This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . If not ensure that its one whose user is contactable.
3-      You must also obtain an AUTH code from your registration provider.
 
Once the domain has been unlocked and the AUTH code and email address obtained , let us know this information and include the AUTH code by email to : HYPERLINK "mailto: This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it " This e-mail address is being protected from spambots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

System status updates.
  • Customers may currently be experiencing intermittent connectivity whist trying to access their control panels.
    Shared services including the exchange email platform are also effected.

    Our networks team are currently investigating this as a matter of priority.

  • There will be a planned reboot of one of our backbone routers at 01:00 CET, February 8th, 2012.

    Internet connectivity should not be affected, as we will re-route traffic during the maintenance period.

  • Customers with Standard or Advanced mailboxes will currently be encountering a delay in their sent messages being received. All e-mails are currently queued for delivery. No mail would have been lost due to this issue.

    Our engineers are currently investigating the issue and we are sorry for any inconvenience that this causes.

  • A number of BT customers may experience issues when connecting to our services. From investigations, we understand this to be an networking issue between BT and an upstream provider. We are currently working with all concerned to identify and remedy this issue. We will update this issue once more information is available.
